Very professional. Always responsive to any problem areas and educated me as to why I may have a problem and what I can do keep it from happening. Everytime I call him to schedule an appointment he always gets back to me right away. I would recommend to anyone if they need service

I had Truly come out a couple of years ago for a termite issue. They sold me on a less invasive treatment where the house is injected instead of tented. The treatment was ineffective and they come regularly to retreat and the problem is getting worse. I’ve requested them to provide an estimate to tent the home for more than six months and haven’t received anything. Every time I call they schedule someone to measure and the tech shows up to inject and no estimate. Today they stood me up for what was supposed to be an actual estimate (no call / no show).

Last time, I ended my message as a work in progress and promised to come back with an update. This is my update about the great service I received so far from Truly Nolen. At the very beginning, I was skeptical, but I am here to report that Truly Nolen has delivered on their promises and services. They were very responsive to all my requests, they kept me informed either by phone or email. They took all my concerns very seriously and for that, I give them four stars. I saved the five-stars for my next update!

Customer service was friendly. Although, while I was on the phone scheduling the appointment and describing the reason for my call, the customer service rep sorta jumped the gun (without seeing photos) and said she thought we had termites (which made my stomach drop and left me panicking all weekend until the service rep could make it out the following Monday) based on my explanation. Turns out we DID NOT have termites, just some carpenter ants. The inspector who came to examine the issue talked me off the ledge reassuring me it was just ants, and the exterminator who came the next day did a good job being thorough while treating our place. All in all I would recommend the service but be mindful not to take anything too serious until you speak with the actual exterminator.
